Katherine T. McCarley has joined Underberg & Kessler LLP as a law clerk in our Rochester, New York office.
She's currently assisting the litigation practice group. She earned her B.A. magna cum laude, in English and Psychology from Canisius College, and her J.D. from University of Buffalo, School of Law in 2020. Katherine sat for the New York State bar exam in October, 2020 and is awaiting results. While attending law school, she served as Secretary to the Black Law Students Association and placed 4th in UB’s Annual Negotiation in Mediation Competition.
