Ericka B. Elliott
Ericka is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and has prior experience in insurance defense litigation, corporate litigation, and municipal law. She is a powerful advocate and uses rigorous preparation, detailed analysis, and well-developed legal arguments to achieve favorable outcomes for the clients she represents . Ericka ensures that her clients are well informed throughout the entire legal process and is responsive and readily available.
Prior to becoming a practicing attorney, Ericka worked for an organization where she conducted statutory interpretation and edited published materials for more than 3,000 local governments. While attending law school, she served as Articles Editor for the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal.

Ericka is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. She currently serves as Board Member of the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys, Lima Joint Village/Town Planning Board, and 13thirty Cancer Connect. Additionally, Ericka serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Lima Historical Society and is an active volunteer with the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network.
