Lee Ann advises lending institutions and borrowers on complex commercial and residential transactions and leasing, bringing a practical, business-oriented perspective shaped by years of both in-house and private practice experience.

Prior to joining Underberg & Kessler, Lee Ann managed the day-to-day operations of the leasing department for a large regional health system. In that role, she prepared, reviewed, negotiated, and drafted letters of intent and lease agreements, supported real estate leadership and in-house counsel, and advised on leasing strategy, budgeting, and portfolio management. She also gained significant experience as a commercial leasing attorney for a leading commercial real estate development and management company.

In addition, Lee Ann spent more than a decade as a solo practitioner, counseling clients on a wide range of real property matters. Her practice included representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, resolving title and financing issues, and preparing and negotiating residential and commercial leases and amendments.
