Underberg & Kessler Welcomes Lee Ann D. McDonald to Its Real Estate Practice

We are pleased to announce that Lee Ann D. McDonald has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in the Real Estate & Finance practice group.

Lee Ann brings a strategic, business-focused approach to advising lending institutions, borrowers, real estate investors, and developers on complex commercial and residential transactions and leasing matters. Her counsel is informed by extensive experience across both in-house and private practice environments. Prior to joining Underberg & Kessler, Lee Ann oversaw the day-to-day operations of the leasing department for a large regional health system and served as a commercial leasing attorney for a leading commercial real estate development and management company.

In addition, Lee Ann spent more than a decade in private practice, advising clients on a wide range of real property matters. She earned her B.A. from Ithaca College and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
