Veronica A. Devries
An Associate in our Corporate & Business and Municipal Law Practice Groups, Veronica is part of a team that assists the Firm’s clients in their business transactions, from the simple contract negotiations for individual business owners, to complex mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies.
While attending law school, Veronica gained a variety of experiences in legal settings. She served as an Extern for the Transactional Records Access Clearing House at Syracuse University, where she worked on legal research projects regarding Freedom of Information Act requests. She also served as a Law Fellow for the Multicultural Media, Telecom, and Internet Council, where she worked to promote equal access and representation in tech, media, and telecommunications, and served as a Student Attorney for the Wohl Family Veterans Legal Clinic, which provides legal services to veterans in the Central New York region.
A life-long resident of Upstate New York, Veronica is excited to serve the community in which she lives and works. Of note, Veronica has done Taekwondo since she was seven years old and is now a fourth-degree black belt, working toward her fifth degree in Taekwondo, which is the master level. Veronica also serves on the judging panel at her Taekwondo school.
