Fluent in American Sign Language, percussionist, mountaineer, and a practitioner of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Justin has wide-ranging interests. The practice of real estate is not unlike his backpacking excursions in the Grand Canyon: he is strategic with every step and always anticipates what is up ahead. Justin believes that the job of being an attorney involves helping his clients manage the unpredictability and rapid change of commercial real estate. Helping them understand risks and liabilities and explaining complicated terminology in plain language—these are the cornerstones of his ability to provide sound advice and counsel.

Justin’s professional experience is as varied as his personal interests. Representing private companies in large commercial and industrial transactions, he has also litigated civil actions in the New York State Supreme Court. He has worked with commercial lenders, and counseled clients in corporate matters such as governance and acquisitions. He was also a legislative fellow in policy research for former U.S. Representative Ron Barber, the aide to Gabrielle Giffords who ultimately replaced her in Congress.

The diversity of Justin’s experiences helps him bring wisdom and perspective to his clients. When they retain his legal services, they also retain his time, attention, and energy.  Whether they are buying an industrial warehouse or selling an office building, Justin goes to great lengths to ensure that their goals are realized quickly and cost-effectively.
