CORPORATE/MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
This Position Reports to Our Rochester, NY Law Office
We are a growing mid-sized law firm, and we have an opening for an Associate Attorney to join our Corporate/Municipal Practice Group in Rochester, NY. Our ideal candidate has three to five years of corporate and/or municipal experience, including mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, public finance, governance, and compliance issues, and other business and municipal transactions.
Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State, possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, and be motivated self-starters who take ownership of their projects.
