NYS Required Anti Sexual Harassment & Discrimination Avoidance Training

Did you know New York State requires all employees to be trained in an interactive manner on avoidance of sexual harassment and discrimination? This requirement went into effect in 2019 and the training must be conducted annually. Our attorneys can perform the training at your facilities. We charge a flat rate to train a room of your employees. We also offer a train-the-trainer option so your HR professionals can perform subsequent trainings for anyone whom could not attend the initial session. We update our training annually.
