REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
This Position Reports to Our Rochester, NY Law Office
We are a growing mid- sized law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Rochester, NY.
Our team provides legal services for clients in commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, mortgage lending, leasing, and related matters. Our clients include financial institutions, individuals, businesses, national retailers, and municipalities.
This position is responsible for contract review and negotiations, title review and clearance, representation of lending institutions and purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions and deed transfers, while ensuring legal compliance. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State and have a minimum of one year of experience with residential real estate transactions, have a strong background managing non-attorney closing personnel, familiarity with closing software, and the ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner.
Salary is commensurate with experience and skillset, ranging between $75,000-$95,000.
