REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This position reports to our Rochester, NY law office
Underberg & Kessler LLP has an immediate opening for an Assistant in its Real Estate & Finance Department in Rochester, NY. Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of real estate transactions and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining files, calendaring, preparing, revising, proofreading, and processing real estate documentation, including transfer documents, affidavits, agreements, and closing statements. A working knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, mortgage banking, and/or title report preparation is a plus. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with sharp organizational skills, who can efficiently perform tasks to assist attorneys and paralegals and provide back-up support, as needed, to other team members.

The annual salary range for this position is $47,000-$55,000 and will be determined based on prior relevant experience.
