Brandon M. Ball Appointed to Oak Orchard Health Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce that Brandon M. Ball, Associate attorney in the Corporate & Business and Health Care practice groups, has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of Oak Orchard Health.

Founded in 1973, Oak Orchard Health has grown into an integrated health system serving more than 30,000 patients in eleven locations. They are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations(JCAHO) and are Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) 501(c)(3) nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary, dental, vision, and behavioral health services for adults and children in communities across Western New York and the Finger Lakes.

Ball assists clients with a range of business transactions from simple contract negotiations for individual business owners to complex mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. Ball is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) and the MCBA Business Law Council.
