Ball Admitted to NYS Court

Underberg & Kessler LLP is proud to announce Brandon M. Ball has been admitted to practice law in New York State.

An Associate Attorney in the Corporate and Business Practice Group, Brandon joined Underberg & Kessler in August 2020 as a Law Clerk. While attending law school, Brandon was on the Dean’s List and received CALI Awards (highest grade) in Mergers & Acquisitions and in Real Estate Transactions and Finance. He also worked at the law school’s Community Development Clinic advising clients through a range of operational and transactional issues and assisting start-up clients on business entity choice and formation.
