This Position Reports to Our Rochester, NY Law Office
We are a growing mid-sized law firm, and we have an opening for a Marketing Coordinator in Rochester, NY. Our Firm provides legal services for clients that include municipalities, businesses, national retailers, financial institutions, and individuals. We look to hire bright individuals who are team players with a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and who take ownership of their projects.
This position is responsible for implementing marketing and social media tasks while working collaboratively with others to coordinate strategic and targeted action plans. Projects will include coordinating our marketing strategy in the social, digital, and industry spaces, while also supporting the team in responding to RFPs and in-person marketing events. We are looking for candidates with strong creative writing, graphic editing, and communication skills, and an understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. This is a great position for a person who is flexible, versatile, detail-oriented, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Our ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Communications, Marketing or Business preferred and a minimum of three years of experience coordinating and implementing communications and marketing plans and activities. Candidates must also have demonstrated social media experience including, but not limited to a solid understanding of how each social media channel is utilized and how to optimize content so that it is engaging across all channels. This position will also be responsible for monitoring social media SEO, suggesting content for social media platforms to increase visibility, as well as tracking, measuring, and reporting on performance metrics and keeping abreast of social media best practices and technologies.
