LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This Position Reports to Our Rochester, NY Law Office
We are a growing mid-sized law firm, and we are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing legal administrative support to lawyers in our Corporate & Business Practice Group, as well as assisting with and supporting various other areas of the Firm on an as-needed basis in our Rochester, NY offices.
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience preparing legal documents and filings, updating/maintaining calendars, drafting letters, document assembly, opening and closing files, time entries, client correspondence, client interaction, account billing, daily filing, and file management. Prior law firm experience or working in an in-house legal department on entity organization or business transactions is a plus.
