We are a growing mid-sized law firm, and we have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Real Estate & Finance Practice Group in Rochester, NY. This position will assist team members with residential mortgage lending closings, document preparation, and file management. Qualified candidates must have prior office experience, strong computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. This high-energy, detail-oriented professional must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional organizational skills. Experience in real estate or mortgage lending and/or prior work experience at a law firm is a plus.
