This Position Reports to Our Rochester, NY Law Office

We are seeking a Director of Client Services, who will be responsible for assisting in attaining assigned revenue and account development objectives by driving sales initiatives with clients and prospective clients of the Firm, with a focus on developing relationships with them to secure engagements involving legal services. Assist attorneys in their growth and development with respect to business development and client retention efforts. Knowledge of utilization and optimization SEO to increase visibility, as well as tracking, measuring, and reporting on performance metrics and of social media platforms (e.g., monitoring social media, suggesting content for social media platforms and keeping abreast of social media best practices and technologies) required.

We are searching for a passionate, energetic, ambitious, and driven leader with an entrepreneurial nature, who subscribes to and promotes business development principles and methodologies and is highly structured and process driven. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. or B.A. in communications, marketing, or business, as well as three to five years of demonstrated successful professional services marketing and business development; law firm experienced preferred.
