CORONAVIRUS BUSINESS SAFETY PLAN EVALUATION & LEGAL OPINION LETTER

About This Event

The coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused a signficant disruption in how we all go about our day-to-day lives. It has also altered the way we operate our businesses. Whether or not your business is open to the public, you certainly have had to make some changes to safeguard your employees and/or the public.

In New York State, Govenor Andrew Coumo via Executive Order requires businesses to keep on file a safety plan regarding reopening and business operations. You can read more about this in our blog post. The post provides a link to a written safety plan template the state provided, but the specifics vary by the type and size of your business.

If you would like one of our employment law attorneys to review your safety plan and/or provide a legal opinion letter about your execution of that plan which can be stored with it and shared if desired, we offer those services. Click the button below to begin the process.
