Matthew D. Miller has joined the law firm of Underberg & Kessler LLP in Rochester, New York.

Mr. Miller is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and will concentrate his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, employment and municipal law. Prior to joining Underberg & Kessler, Mr. Miller was an associate with the law firm of Muggia & Associates in Orchard Park, New York.

Mr. Miller earned his B.A. degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law at The Pennsylvania State University.
