Estate planning calls for a commitment to the future. So does community revitalization. A partner in the Estates and Trusts Practice Group, Kelly is involved with both. She concentrates her practice in estate and trust planning and administration, as well as Medicaid/elder law planning. Kelly is 2nd Vice president of Special Programs of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, and formerly served on the Trusts and Estates Executive Council of the Monroe County Bar Association for three years. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and of the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys. She also is a member of the Rochester Women's Network, and served on the marketing committee for the Network’s 30th Anniversary Gala.

Kelly’s is very active in the community. She has served as a volunteer in various community and professional groups, including the Committee to Revitalize Downtown East Rochester. She is a past leader of the East Rochester Democratic Committee and continues to serve as a member. Kelly was Vice President of the Board of Advisors of the American Cancer Society and served as chair of its Canvas for a Cure fundraiser in 2004. She served on the Cancer Society’s Steering Committee for the capital campaign and revitalization of Hope Lodge and as a Legislative Ambassador. Kelly was also on the board of Step by Step of Rochester, Inc. She is a 2007 recipient of the Rochester Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” Award.

Kelly holds a B.S. from Ball State University and is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School where she was a staff editor of The John Marshall Law Review.
