He writes about it in a column. He lectures on it. He practices it. You might say that Ron lives and breathes environmental law. As senior counsel in the Environmental, Municipal and Litigation Practice Groups, Ron has been involved in all aspects of environmental litigation, remediation, and counsel for more than 20 years.

Ron’s experience includes state and federal Superfund litigation, Brownfields redevelopment and environmental remediation, environmental due diligence and site assessment, solid and hazardous waste permitting and management, oil spill response and litigation, and environmental impact reviews. His experience in municipal law includes the representation of planning and zoning boards, town and village boards and appearances before such boards on behalf of project applicants.

He is a featured columnist on environmental law for The Daily Record and often gives presentations on environmental topics before various groups, including government, industry, and the New York State Bar Association. Ron is an officer and director of the Genesee Finger Lakes Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Environmental Information.

Ron is a graduate of LaSalle College and Syracuse University where he earned a J.D. from the College of Law and a Master’s of Public Administration from the Maxwell School.
