Beth is committed to making workplaces work better. As an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Law Practice Groups, she specializes in the areas of civil litigation, employment discrimination, and labor law. In a time when implementation of federal and state employment laws are growing increasingly complex, her knowledge and experience brings much needed expertise to clients.

Beth is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys, the National Human Resource Association and the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.  Beth received her B.A. from Bowling Green State University and graduated, cum laude, with a J.D. from New York Law School.

Beth has authored several employment law-related articles and is a speaker for the Council on Education in Management, the Society of Human Resource Management and Lorman Education Services. She is also Vice President of the Board of Directors of Young Audiences of Rochester and President of the Board of Directors of ArtPeace, Inc. Before joining the firm, Beth was practicing law in New York City.
